National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is preparing for its recruitment process, which is expected to fill 336 non-executive positions as a part of Advertisement No. 05(NFL)/2024. The last date for receiving applications from the applicants was November 8, 2024. The written test is scheduled to be held on December 7, 8, 14, 15, and 21, 2024.
The admit card is the most crucial document that a candidate must carry to sit for the exam. The written test is conducted over several days in December. Candidates must be aware of the dates assigned to them in their admit cards. Centers of the examination are spread all across cities so that candidates need not be worried about reaching the places for the examination. Reaching the prescribed examination center on time is very important, and this again is strictly to be adhered to as per guidelines in the admit cards.
Exam Scheme and Paper Pattern
The selection process will comprise an offline OMR-based test, which will be divided into two major sections: Discipline-Specific Questions: These questions will directly relate to the candidate’s field of application. General Aptitude Questions: This section will include topics such as General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness. The model of the exam is as follows:
Discipline-Specific Questions: The candidate has to answer 100 questions in this section in 2 hours. It is present in both English and Hindi.
General Aptitude Questions: This section also contains 50 questions. Like the above section, it will also be attempted in the same time duration.
In total, candidates will be faced with 150 questions in a duration of 2 hours. Notably, there is no minus mark for wrong answers. Candidates have to score a minimum marks of 50 percent to get selected for further rounds of selection. That means they have to at least secure 75 marks.
